Hey now, hippies! Here's the scoop. These cool icons appear as empty folders on your desktop. Put documents inside them. The different pictures make it easy to tell the folders apart. Plus they're fun! Use them instead of the boring solid color ones that come with your computer.
TO TRANSFER AN ICON FROM ONE FOLDER TO ANOTHER, do the following:
1) Select the folder with the icon you want to transfer to the new folder.
2) Hit Command "I" or Choose Get Info from the File Menu. When the Get Info box appears
3) Select the Folder Icon in the top left corner of the box.
4) Hit Command "C" or Choose Copy from the Edit Menu.
5) Close the Get Info Box.
6) Select the new folder you wish to enhance with the new groovy, cool icon, and
7) Hit Command "I" or Choose it's Get Info Box.
8) Select its Folder Icon in the top left corner of the box.
9) Hit Command "V" or Choose Paste from the Edit Menu.
10) Close the Get Info Box.
Voila! There it is! The rad new hippy icon has been transferred to the selected folder, and is ready for use!
These 10 icons are just a little itty bitty sampling of the icons we've been making (hate to admit it, but we held back the REALLY GOOD stuff for the PAYING customers)! We just love rainbows (like every good DeadHead) and have lots of different images that we've "rainbowed out". We also have veggie icons and general icons besides the hippy icons.
Now PLEASE listen up! These icons are copyright by Tara Thralls Designs. You can use 'em if you like 'em, but PLEASE respect our right to this art. If you use them publicly, please ask our permission, and if you give them away PLEASE include the README folder . Or you could be REALLY COOL and order a licensed copy of all 100 of our icons for only $10! And hey, EMAIL would be REALLY nice!
